I am having my house built. Do I need an inspection?
YES! There is no such thing as a perfect house. I can help spot any potential surprises and help you understand your new home.
What do you inspect? I look at everything in your new home - from the landscaping outside to the roof, and everything in between! My job is to learn EVERYTHING about your new home and then pass on that information to you in a complete report. I strive to make sure you have no surprises next week and next year.
When and how do I pay for the inspection? I accept cash, checks, money orders, or debit/credit cards. Payment is due at the time of inspection.
